Intelligent Auto-Follow Robot
The automatic following cart (also known as a following cart) adopts artificial intelligence technologies such as wireless technology-based spatial perception, real-time positioning systems, motion control algorithms, and multi-sensor fusion. By wearing a handheld device, users can make the cart follow them in low-speed autonomous driving.
The default following distance is 1-7 meters. If the distance exceeds 7 meters (adjustable), the loss alarm function will be activated. When within 1 meter, the cart will automatically stop, allowing personnel to work freely within this range. Meanwhile, it can intelligently prevent collisions or avoid obstacles during operation, ensuring safe and smart operation.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the maximum payload capacity of the robot?
The robot can handle a maximum load capacity of ≤100kg, making it suitable for various warehouse and workshop handling tasks.
How does the auto-follow technology work?
It utilizes artificial intelligence, wireless spatial perception, and multi-sensor fusion. Users wear a handheld device that the robot tracks to maintain a following distance of 1-7 meters.
What safety measures are integrated into the robot?
The robot features a 360° Laser Anti-collision system, obstacle avoidance technology, and a one-touch brake for immediate stopping, ensuring safe operation in busy environments.
Can the robot be used outdoors?
Yes, the robot is designed to operate in both indoor and outdoor environments, and it is waterproof and dustproof.
How long does it take to charge and what is its range?
The robot requires approximately 4 hours for a full manual charge. It features a 24V20ah lithium battery and can reach speeds up to 5.4km/h.
What happens if the user moves too far away from the robot?
If the distance between the user and the cart exceeds the adjustable limit (default 7 meters), a loss alarm function is automatically activated to alert the user.
