Our integrated robotic palletizing solution prioritizes the use of globally recognized robot brands. We design industrial robot-based automated production lines tailored to client requirements, often in conjunction with filling machines, packaging units, labeling systems, carton formers, sealers, stretch wrappers, and bundling machines. Based on specific customer needs, we propose suitable robotic configurations and utilize CAD to create layouts adapted to real-world site conditions.
This case involves bran woven bags that seal poorly and become soft and severely deformed on the pallet. A 3D vision camera with Z-axis coverage is used to help the robot identify and pick the bags, then place them onto the conveyor line. A barrier device is installed on the gripper to ensure bags are positioned regularly.
