This intelligent portable cleaning robot is primarily designed for the efficient cleaning and dust removal of photovoltaic modules. Featuring a modular design, it ensures easy transport, rapid installation, and seamless commissioning. Equipped with a high-speed roller brush made of specialized polymer material, it provides fast cleaning across large areas without causing any damage to the photovoltaic panels.
The anti-fall system is equipped with 4 high-precision sensors on the front and rear ends. When it moves to the edge area of the photovoltaic panel, it will automatically stop and the drop detection indicator light will light up. The robot can be safely operated via remote control to reverse direction, effectively eliminating the risk of falling.
The photovoltaic cleaning robot is equipped with a 1200mm long soft brush with high cleaning efficiency, capable of covering up to 1.2MW per day. Made of soft nylon material, it ensures a thorough clean while maintaining the integrity of the solar panels.
Utilizing a robust crawler chassis, the robot can move forward, backward, and turn in any direction under remote control. This allows for comprehensive cleaning operations without blind spots, even in complex photovoltaic array layouts.
