FANUC Robot Workstation
The Industrial Robot Loading & Unloading Station is built around a compact 6-axis robot, connecting grippers, positioning sensors, safety interlocks and other supporting equipment.
Loading and unloading paths, gripping parameters and positioning data are pre-set through offline simulation or adjusted flexibly via teach pendant operation.
In the working process, the robot carries out workpiece loading and unloading with high accuracy: the end gripper clamps stably, the positioning sensors realize precise alignment, and the safety guards eliminate potential operational risks. Real-time position feedback is integrated to correct gripping and positioning deviations, realizing automated high-efficiency and high-precision workpiece loading and unloading.
